Lost Boi Soul-O! is a queer, black, inter-racial adoptee, gender non-conforming female-bodied creator and artist living in San Francisco, California.
Soul-O! has been dreaming artist dreams their whole life. Storytelling, writing, and art as means to engage, commune, appreciate, and interpret the world. Art has always been their love, joy and respite both in creation and participation.
At this juncture, their life, dreams and purpose have merged into the belief and practice that their art will be both their love and livelihood. Soul-O! hopes to move their passionate pastimes into a profession.

Groove and Go goal is to build The Groove Exchange, a community of creators “space” to collaborate, network, promote, share experiences and motivation. An inclusive space to of course support to share ideas and inspiration in each other’s ambitions and endeavors. We plan to develop The Groove Exchange space across all of our social media and streaming platforms. We look forward to succeeding together!
